Jalisa was amazing. She was more than a realtor, she was an assistant, a confidant, and so much more. She explained every step of the way and if there was something that we didn’t know or understand she made it her duty to find me the answer or someone that could. I 1st met Jalisa at a random open house I stop by. I was not even in the market for a realtor or a home at that point and time...but she said something to me that impressed me the moment I met her. "I work night, day, 24/7, anytime you have a guestion or want to see something it doesnt matter". I kept her card then a few months later I was more seriously in the market and gave her a call. I was looking for something a little different than your normal client and well I was hard to read as far as my budget or condition of the home.. it was more about the potential and opportunity of the property so needless to say we were probably your more difficult clients just due to that fact. She showed us several places over a few months from 1 extreme to another at our request, she was patient with us the whole time and a total pleasure. Great about looking into whatever weird information I needed about a property and getting in touch with me quickly if wasnt available exactly when I called because with another client. Hey and we did finally make a purchase and for almost twice our starting budget and we will call her again if in the market again either to buy or sell. Jalisa is dedicated and pleasant to work with.
